For this comprehensive custom trailer project, we designed and fabricated a solution that maximized both functionality and convenience. Along with custom steel racks for secure storage, we added a tool box, spare wheel mount, and canopy mount to enhance the trailer’s versatility. A track system was integrated for easy adjustments, ensuring the trailer meets every need. To improve stability during camping trips, we installed a jack mount on all four corners, allowing for easy leveling of the trailer when parked. Additionally, a propane tank mount was added to ensure safe and secure storage for gas, perfect for outdoor cooking and heating. This project showcases our ability to create a fully customized, reliable, and feature-packed trailer, built to withstand all of the client’s camping and outdoor adventures.
